Payment Structure

  • Before starting any project 70% deposit is required (Web or Graphic)
  • Only once we received the outstanding balance (reflecting in our account) will we release the final product / make website live / hand over printed material

Logo or Corporate Identity Design

  • Send through your ideas and samples of the look and feel you like.
  • Depending on your package we’ll come up with various options for you to choose from of which only 1 can be selected for the final product.
  • Once you are happy with the final Logo/CI and payment is made in full, it will be handed over (Vector, JPEG, PNG, PDF / print ready & Digital PDF)

Website Design

  • Content: All copy (via word document) & Images (High resolution whenever possible) must be sent through by the client. (unless stockphoto’s have been included in the price)
  • We’ll setup a time & date of the first draft – Look & Feel.
  • Final Draft: We’ll transform it into the final website. (WordPress or HTML)
  • Client is to go through the final website to ensure the functionality of all agreed upon elements. Once happy the website must be approved by the client.
  • Once the final products is approved & paid for in full it will be made Live.
  • Any additional pages or significant functions or features not specified in the brief will result in additional costs. We will make this clear before proceeding on any additional work.


  • Print Jobs get paid in full (by the client) before work is sent to production.
  • Extra Time spent on projects: Clients will be informed if a project is going to run over the agreed upon amount of hours. Before the project can continue a new amount must be agreed upon by both parties.
  • Images / Photo’s / stockphotos / Vector Files / Web Templates – that need to be purchased in order to complete a project, and are not included in the quote & will be billed separately.
